BLOCKS by SIZE 10" Quilt Blocks

What could be easier, math-wise, than a quilt block in a 10 inch size? Surprisingly, the 10" block is not the most commonly used size, (that would be the 12" block), but there are still many quilt blocks that fit into this category and here is my list of currently available patterns.

Sample Quilt Layouts

The two sample quilt layouts featured below both use a diagonal setting of the blocks.

The quilt layout illustrated on the left uses enlarged blocks by adding large corner triangles to each block. The variety of colours chosen for each of the blocks creates a subtle design feature for your quilting stitches to enhance the quilt.

The quilt layout shown on the right sets all of the blocks on point and separates them with large plain blocks to form an extra focal point in the final quilt.
