Visions of a roulette wheel or other things you might see in a casino made me think to create this quilt block and sample quilt layouts in red and black. This is a perfect choice for a quilt for that man in your life.

These two striking quilts are made using common quilt block settings so both are easy to construct. Using 90 degree rotations of some of the blocks produces a secondary pattern, which is always a nice surprise.
