Two sample quilt layouts featuring the Autumn Tints quilt block are shown below. Both quilts utilize an on point setting of the blocks, but with very different results.

The quilt layout illustrated on the left separates the blocks with sashing strips and additional blank blocks for striking design elements.

The quilt layout shown on the right takes more advantage of the blank areas for a pop of colour as well as a spot to showcase your quilting designs.
